Dr. Rubin and Dr. Daube edited the 3rd edition of the textbook Clinical Neurophysiology. In addition to owning first authorship of a tremendous number of peer-reviewed, original manuscripts, he has published several unique electronic educational manuals and CDs.

We are grateful to Dr. Rubin and to all of the contributors to this issue of Seminars in Neurology for providing us with a review as well as new information to use in the care of the patients that we see every day.
