Background

Posterior segment fluorescein angiogram is often helpful in the management of central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO), in order to investigate the extent of retinal ischemic aeras. New devices, as OPTOS P 200C (Optos, Scotland, United Kingdom) Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope, produce a high-resolution, ultra-widefield image of up to 200 degrees or approximately 82 % of the retina in a single capture without pupil dilation.

We describe the benefits of simultaneous anterior and panoramic posterior segments fluorescein angiogram in undilated patients presenting ischemic CRVO.
