Abstract
Many complaints can cause pain in shoulder region. Arthritis of the glenohumeral joint is uncommon in early rheumatoid arthritis. The differential diagnosis includes polymyalgia rheumatica, inflammatory spondyloarthropathies and some rare rheumatic conditions.
