Lernziele
Der Leser sollte nach dem Durcharbeiten des Artikels
-
alle wesentlichen Risikofaktoren einer Periimplantitis beim einzelnen Patienten mittels Untersuchung und Gespräch ermitteln können,
-
einen Überblick über Leitkeime sowie Methoden und Verfahren zur mikrobiologischen Diagnostik der Periimplantitis haben,
-
über den Einsatz weitergehender Diagnostik, speziell auch unter Einbeziehung der Leitkeime, entscheiden können,
-
wichtige Aspekte der mechanischen und anti-infektiven Therapie der periimplantären Mukositis/Periimplantitis kennen und
-
den Wert möglichst vollständiger Reinigung und „Desinfektion“ der Implantatoberfläche zur Verbesserung der Prognose verinnerlicht haben.
