Depressionsfragebögen für den alltäglichen klinischen Einsatz

Zusammenfassung

Depressionsfragebögen erfassen mithilfe einer standardisierten Selbstauskunft das Vorliegen depressiver Symptome. Sie können BehandlerInnen wichtige Informationen für die Diagnostik und Therapie bereitstellen. Dazu müssen sie bestimmten psychometrischen Anforderungen entsprechen und sachgerecht interpretiert werden. Dieser Beitrag stellt die verschiedenen Anwendungsgebiete von Depressionsfragebögen in der klinischen Praxis vor und präsentiert exemplarisch drei häufig eingesetzte Instrumente (PHQ-9, BDI-II, HADS). Dabei erläutert er ihren Aufbau und erklärt die Auswertung und Interpretation. Die Gefahren eines deterministischen Umgangs mit den Fragebogenergebnissen werden diskutiert und Empfehlungen für den praktischen Einsatz gegeben. Abschließend werden neue psychometrische Entwicklungen vorgestellt.
