Introduction

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (IMTs) are a rare cause of an abdominal mass in children. Their “ inflammatory” nature as well as their often large size can cause diagnostic difficulties. Within the last 3 years we have treated three cases of IMT at our institution. We present these cases followed by a review of the literature.
