Lappen – Furchen – Windungen: die Oberflächenanatomie

Zusammenfassung

In dieser Übersicht wird die makroskopische Oberflächenanatomie der Gehirns mit ihrer Gliederung in Lappen (Lobi), Furchen (Sulci) und Windungen (Gyri) dargestellt. Ausgehend von kortikalen Landmarken wird die Hirnoberfläche „kartografiert“. Es werden einfache Regeln vorgestellt, mit deren Hilfe anatomische Leitstrukturen und die benachbarten Gyri und Sulci schnell erfasst werden können.

Abstract

This overview shows the macroscopic surface anatomy of the brain with its divisions into lobi, gyri, and sulci. The surface structures are systematically described on the basis of the cortical landmarks of the brain. Simple rules are proposed which can allow the user to rapidly grasp the major anatomical structures and their neighboring gyri and sulci.
