Fallbericht
Die 44-jährige türkischstämmige Patientin stellte sich wegen seit 5 Tagen bestehender starker bifrontaler Kopfschmerzen, Photophobie, Schlaflosigkeit und allgemeiner Leistungsminderung in unserer Notaufnahme vor. Bereits seit mehreren Wochen hatten Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Nachtschweiß und erhöhte Temperaturen bestanden. Sie berichtete des Weiteren über 2 Spontanaborte, zuletzt vor 2 Monaten.
