Conclusion

We report the first case of duodenal teratoma in the English literature. Intestinal obstruction due to exomphalos minor is also a rare event in itself and its association with mature duodenal teratoma communicating with the lumen is extremely rare. Excision is the treatment of choice and close follow-up is recommended.
