Zusammenfassung
Die betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung erlangt eine immer größere Bedeutung für
die Gesunderhaltung der Arbeitnehmer und als Wettbewerbsfaktor von Unternehmen.
Diese Entwicklung wird auch von der Bundesregierung durch Gesetzesinitiativen
unterstützt. Für den individuellen Zugang im Betrieb wurde das Programm „DAK-Fit
am Arbeitplatz“ von der gesetzlichen Krankenkasse DAK-Gesundheit entwickelt. Das
Programm orientiert sich an der ICF-Klassifizierung der WHO unter Einbeziehung
von Aspekten der Salutogenese. Statt der Frage nach den Risiken und
Einschränkungen werden die Gesundheitsressourcen in den Mittelpunkt gestellt.
Auf der Basis eines Screenings werden motorische, sozial-affektive und
kognitiven Inhalte maßgeschneidert auf einzelne Teilnehmergruppen im Betrieb
abgestimmt (Tailoring). Durch die biopsychosoziale Intervention können auch
Belastungen und Ressourcen außerhalb des Arbeitslebens berücksichtigt
werden.
Summary
„Fit at Work“ – ICF-oriented program for workplace health promotion of
DAK-Health
Workplace health promotion (WHP) plays an important role for the health of the
workers as well as for the competitiveness of enterprises. Accordingly WHP
receives support from the Federal Government through its legislative
initiatives. To enable individual access to WHP in enterprises, the statutory
health insurance company DAK-Health developed „DAK-Fit at Work“. The programme
is oriented on WHO’s ICF-classification and integrates aspects of salutogenesis.
Instead of dwelling on questions of risks and limitations, the programme puts
more emphasis on the health resources at hand. The motoric, socio-affective and
cognitive contents are based on screening and tailored to individual groups of
participants in the enterprise. Through bio-psychosocial intervention, strains
and resources outside the working place are taken for consideration in the
programme.
