„… stärker als Wodka“

Fall 1

Der Notarzt wird in die Sanitätsstation einer Haftanstalt mit dem Stichwort „plötzliche Bewusstlosigkeit“ gerufen. Dort liegt auf einer Trage ein etwa 35-jähriger Mann, der auf kräftige Schmerzreize beide Arme bewegt und kurz die Augen öffnet sowie stöhnende Geräusche artikuliert. Er atmet regelmäßig mit einer Frequenz von 12/min, das Pulsoximeter zeigt bei Raumluft eine Sättigung von 96 %.
