LSVT-BIG: Behandlungsprinzipien, Durchführung und Studienergebnisse

Zusammenfassung

Zu den wirksamsten und am besten erforschten aktivierenden Therapien bei Parkinson gehört das Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT-LOUD), das ein intensives Training der Sprechlautstärke beinhaltet. Abgeleitet von LSVT-LOUD wurde LSVT-BIG als spezifisch auf die Behandlung der Parkinson-Erkrankung ausgerichtete Physiotherapie-Methode entwickelt, bei der ein intensives Training von Bewegungen mit großer Amplitude erfolgt.
