Eine 32 jährige Patientin (G IV P II) wurde in der 27 + 2 Schwangerschaftswoche (SSW) mit monoamnialer Geminigravidität aufgrund eines Clusterkopfschmerzes in die Klinik für Neurologie aufgenommen.
