Zusammenfassung
Wir beschreiben die autologe Chondrozytenimplantation (ACI) zur Wiederherstellung eines 4° Knorpeldefektes an der Radiusgelenkfläche eines 22-jährigen Patienten, und berichten über die klinischen und radiologischen Ergebnisse 6 und 24 Monate postoperativ.
Abstract
We illustrate the operative technique of autologous chondrocyte implantation (ACI) to restore a 4° cartilage damage of the radius surface in the case of a 22-year-old patient, and report on the clinical and radiological results at 6 and 24 months postoperatively.
