Zusammenfassung

In der Übersichtarbeit werden ohne Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit die aus Sicht des Autors wichtigsten wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen zur Wirksamkeit der Mikrobiologischen Therapie kurzreferiert. Die Gliederung orientiert sich an klinischen Sachgebieten. Methodologische Schwierigkeiten bestehen v. a. in der Vielzahl der sehr unterschiedlichen eingesetzten Präparate. Außerdem sind nur sehr wenige Präparate als Arzneimittel zugelassen und damit qualitätsgeprüft. Positiv stimmt, dass nie Verschlechterungen und nur ganz selten Nahe-Null-Ergebnisse auftreten. Die wichtigsten Arbeiten stammen aus den letzten 3 Jahren, die Zukunft der Mikrobiologischen Therapien hat also gerade erst begonnen!
