Zusammenfassung
Das Auftreten von komorbiden psychischen Störungen bei Suchterkrankungen ist häufig, dabei sind die Verläufe im Vergleich zu Patienten, die nur eine Diagnose aufweisen, schlechter. Eine effektive Suchttherapie ist nur im Rahmen der Mitbehandlung der psychischen Komorbidität möglich. Integrierte Behandlungskonzepte scheinen dabei von Vorteil zu sein. Die dafür erforderlichen pharmakologischen und psychosozialen Interventionen sind bei den jeweiligen psychischen und Suchterkrankungen teilweise gut untersucht. Die Datenlage bei komorbiden Suchterkrankungen ist kaum evidenzbasiert. Dies liegt unter anderem an der Heterogenität der Studien, aber auch jedoch an der Vielzahl möglicher Komorbiditätsformen. Anhand einer Kasuistik wird das therapeutische Procedere und das Behandlungsangebot der Spezialstation für Abhängigkeitserkrankungen mit komorbiden Störungen der Privatklinik Meiringen dargestellt.
Summary
The presence of comorbid mental disorders in addictive disorders is often, the courses of the affected patients are poor. An effective addiction treatment is only possible with the co-treatment of psychiatric comorbidity. Integrated treatment approaches appear to have been beneficial. The necessary pharmacological and psychosocial interventions are partly well investigated at the respective mental and addiction disorders. The data base for comorbid addiction disorders is hardly evidence based. This is partly due to the heterogenity of the studies, but also to the large number of possible kinds of comorbidity. Based on a case report the therapeutic procedure and the treatment offer of the special ward for addiction with comorbid psychiatric disorders of Privatklinik Meiringen is described.
