Zusammenfassung
Im Bereich der entzündlichen Veränderungen der kleinen Wirbelgelenke steht häufig das Schmerzgeschehen im Vordergrund. Sekundär kann als Folge Hypomobilität bzw. Hypermobilität entstehen. Hier soll die Vorgehensweise im Rahmen der Untersuchung und der sich daraus ergebenden Behandlung dargestellt werden.
Summary
When inflammatory changes of the small vertebral (zygapophyseal) joints occur, pain is often a main feature. As a result of this, secondary effects like limited joint mobility or hypermobility can arise. The examination procedure and the resulting treatment will be portrayed here.
