* Diese Leitlinie wurde auf der gemeinsamen Vorstands- und wissenschaftlichen Beiratssitzung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Phlebologie (DGP) am 24. September 2003 verabschiedet. Diese Leitlinie berücksichtigt den aktuellen Stand der Literatur, aber nicht die in jedem Fall unterschiedlichen Zulassungsbestimmungen für die verschiedenen Pharmaka.
