On présente une méthode convenable et répétable de la préparation du macroagregat 113mIn-Fe (OH)3, stabilisé par le PVP, qui est utilisé en scintigraphic pulmonaire.

L’influence du temps de chauffage sur la répartition de la préparation dans les organes de la souris a été étudié et le temps optimal a été choisi.

Summary

An "instant" kit for the preparation of 113mIn-Fe (OH)3 macroaggregate with PVP as a stabilizer has been described. The procedure is simple and reproducible. Using this kit and the described procedure a sterile and pyrogen-free lung scanning agent may be prepared in 15 minutes. Variations of organ distributions with heating time have been studied.

Es wurde ein Kit zur Darstellung von PVP-stabilisiertem 113mIn-Fe (OH)3 Makroaggregat beschrieben. Die Methode ist einfach und gut wiederholbar.

Wenn der beschriebene Kit und das angegebene Verfahren angewandt wird, kann man das sterilisierte und apyrogene Präparat in 15 Minuten bekommen. Das Präparat hat gute szintigraphische Eigenschaften. Die Verteilung des Präparates im Organismus wurde untersucht in Abhängigkeit von der Erwärmungstemperatur bei der Zubereitung des Präparates.
