Wir berichten über einen Patienten mit Narkolepsie und Kataplexie, bei dem sich unter Natriumoxybat dosisabhängig eine zentrale Atemregulationsstörung mit Cheyne-Stokes-Atemmuster entwickelte, die sich nach schrittweiser Dosisreduktion wieder vollständig zurückbildete.
