Zusammenfassung
Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war die Überprüfung der Effektivität der dialektisch-behavioralen Therapie-Forensik (DBT-F) bei suchtkranken und dissozialen Patienten in der Erziehungsmaßregel. Verglichen wurden 29 nach § 64 StGB im Maßregelvollzug untergebrachte Patienten, wobei 15 die bis dato in der Klinik übliche therapeutische Behandlung erhielten und 14 Probanden an der DBT-F teilnahmen. Um Veränderungen abzubilden, wurden zu zwei Testzeitpunkten (vor Beginn und nach Abschluss der Intervention) Daten erhoben. Als Effektivitätsmaße dienten Verbesserungen in den Ergebnissen der neuropsychologischen Tests TMT-B, FWIT, TL-D und FAIR sowie in der Prognosebeurteilung mithilfe des FOTRES. Bezüglich der exekutiven Funktionen konnte ein positiver Einfluss der DBT-F auf die Fähigkeit zum schlussfolgernden Denken nachgewiesen werden. Die Aufmerksamkeitsleistung der Patienten konnte in beiden Therapiegruppen gesteigert werden. Zudem konnte anhand der Prognosebeurteilung nachgewiesen werden, dass insbesondere die dissozialen Patienten von der DBT-F profitieren können.
Summary
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the DBT-F for addicted and antisocial patients in forensic psychiatry. We compared 29 patients according to Criminal Code section 64 (withdrawal and abstinence measure) in Rostock, of which 15 received the general treatment and 14 subjects participated in the DBT-F. In order to map changes, we collected data for two times (before and after the intervention). For criteria of success we used improvements in the results of the neuropsychological tests TMT-B, FWIT, TL-D and FAIR as well as advancements concerning the prognostic evaluation using FOTRES. With regard to the executive functions a positive influence of the DBT-F on the ability of logical thinking could be demonstrated. The attentiveness of the patients could even be increased in both treatment groups. Furthermore, the results of the prognostic evaluation indicated, that especially antisocial patients benefit from the DBT-F.
