Doctors’ Attitudes to a Computer-based Clinical Information System

The results of a survey by questionary concerning user attitudes and views on the use of a computer-based clinical information system are reported. The 13 users, 8 house officers and 5 senior house officers, found the system helpful, felt that patient care was improved and that their knowledge about the investigation of acute medical problems had increased.

Es wird über die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage betreffend die Einstellung zu und Ansichten über die Anwendung eines computerunterstützten klinischen Informationssystems seitens der Benutzer berichtet. Die 13 Benutzer, 8 Medizinalpraktikanten und 5 Assistenzärzte, fanden das System nützlich und waren der Auffassung, daß die Patientenversorgung dadurch verbessert und ihr Wissen über die Untersuchung akuter medizinischer Probleme bereichert würde.
