Luzides Träumen oder Klarträumen bezeichnet das Phänomen, im Traum zu wissen, dass man träumt und den Trauminhalt potenziell beeinflussen zu können. Luzides Träumen wird zum Beispiel in der Albtraumtherapie oder bei mentalem Training für Athleten angewandt. Dieser Übersichtsartikel fasst Grundlagen des Klarträumens, Anwendungen sowie verschiedene Methoden der Herbeiführung zusammen.
