Zusammenfassung

Bei 12 von 16 untersuchten Patienten auf Aland mit dem v. Willebrand-Jürgensschen Blutungsübel im aktiven Stadium war eine Normalisierung der verlängerten Blutungszeit durch Traumatisierung des Ohrläppchengewebes möglich. Bei 2 Personen erfolgte eine bedeutende Verkürzung der Blutungszeit und in 2 Fällen trat eine Verlängerung derselben ein. Die Resultate werden diskutiert. Die Ursache des Effektes der Traumatisierung auf die Blutungszeit ist noch unklar.
