Anamnese

Der 49-jährige Patient stellt sich notfallmäßig in der Ambulanz vor und beklagt einen seit einigen Tagen bestehenden und langsam an Intensität zunehmenden Nackenschmerz mit Ausstrahlung bis in den Hinterkopf. Der Schmerz nimmt beim Schlucken zu. Die Anteversion und Reklination des Kopfes sowie die Rotation akzentuiert die Schmerzen ebenfalls deutlich.
