Anamnese

Eine 67-jährige Patientin kommt mit Sehstörungen, die sie als schwarze Flecken und ein „Krisseln“ wie bei einem Fernsehbild ohne Empfang beschrieb, zur neurologischen Abklärung. In den letzten Tagen waren auch zunehmend andere visuelle Phänomen hinzugekommen. So berichtet die Patientin von verschiedenen Tieren, die durch ihr Wohn- und Schlafzimmer laufen, sowie von Möbeln die sich langsam im Raum bewegten.
