Stadiengerechte Therapie des Keratokonus und Oskar Fehr Lecture

Seit dem Jahr 2013 findet ein mittlerweile institutionalisiertes „Joint Meeting“ der DOG-Sektion Kornea und der US Cornea Society abwechselnd in Deutschland bei der DOG-Tagung und in den USA beim AAO-Kongress statt. Das Thema im Oktober 2013 in Berlin war „Update on common corneal conditions“, 2014 in Chicago stand das Joint Meeting unter dem Motto „Advanced treatment of ocular surface inflammatory diseases“. Bei der 113. DOG-Tagung entschieden sich die Organisatoren Prof. Dr. Walter Lisch und Prof. Dr. Berthold Seitz zusammen mit dem Beauftragten der Cornea Society für Internationale Beziehungen, Herrn Prof. Dr. Michael Belin, für das mehr denn je aktuelle Thema „Advanced diagnosis and state-of-the-art therapeutic options of keratoconus“.
