Die Klassifikation von Kopfschmerzen: Welche anamnestischen Angaben und welche Diagnostik helfen dabei?

Abstract

Headache disorders are the most occuring symptoms in human population. Basis for a successful therapy of headaches is a definite diagnosis, which needs in turn valid criteria for the graduation of headaches. Corresponding to the classification of the International Headache Society (IHS) especially relevant questions about patient‘s history and clinical examination lead to a diagnosis.

Kopfschmerzen gehören mit Abstand zu den häufigsten Symptomen in der Bevölkerung. Voraussetzung für den Erfolg einer Therapie ist eine eindeutige Diagnosestellung, die wiederum valide Kriterien für die Einteilung von Kopfschmerzen benötigt. Basierend auf der Klassifikation der IHS (Interational Headache Society) führen vor allem eine strukturierte Anamnese und die klinisch-neurologische Untersuchung zur Diagnose.
