Anamnese und klinische Befunde

In unserer Ambulanz stellte sich ein 84-jähriger Patient vor, den der behandelnde niedergelassene Kollege mit dem Verdacht auf eine IOL-Trübung zur IOL-Explantation zugewiesen hatte. Der Patient berichtete über eine seit mehreren Monaten langsam voranschreitende Sehverschlechterung des rechten Auges, die ihn vor allem beim Lesen zunehmend einschränke und nachts zu vermehrter Blendung führe. Es bestand eine beidseitige Pseudophakie nach Kataraktoperation vor 11 Jahren (10/2003 am linken und 04/2004 am rechten Auge). Bei den implantierten Linsen handelte es sich um die 3-stückige AMO AR40 von jeweils + 22,5 dpt sphärischer Brechkraft, welche aus einer 6-mm-Optik aus hydrophobem Acrylat und 2 PMMA-Schlaufenhaptiken besteht. Der damalige postoperative Visus hatte rechts sc = 0,5 und links sc = 0,8 betragen.
