Die koronare CT-Angiografie (CCTA) ermöglicht die nicht invasive Darstellung der anatomischen Gefäßverhältnisse. Die Stress-Perfusions-CT geht darüber hinaus und weist die hämodynamische Relevanz von Stenosen nach. Bislang lagen aber keine Daten zum prädiktiven Nutzen vor. Die Arbeitsgruppe überprüfte, ob positive Perfusions-CT/CCTA schwere kardiovaskuläre Ereignisse vorhersagen.
