MR-Neurografie – eine Einführung

Diese Arbeit stellt die MR-Neurografie mit ihrer Technik, den benötigten MR-Protokollen und einer strukturierten Befundung vor. Normalbefunde und pathologische Veränderungen werden systematisch gegenübergestellt. Fortgeschrittene Bildgebungstechniken wie die – noch nicht als klinischer Standard etablierte – Diffusionsbildgebung, speziell die Diffusionstensorbildgebung, werden ebenfalls kurz erklärt.

Die MR-Neurografie ist eine hervorragende Methode zur Darstellung peripherer Nerven und ihrer Veränderungen.

In der klinischen Routine kommen klassische T2w Sequenzen zum Einsatz, ergänzt durch optimierte 3-D-Sequenzen für die Darstellung peripherer Nerven.

Die Gabe von Kontrastmittel und der Einsatz von DWI und DTI ist bei bestimmten Indikationen sinnvoll.

Die Bildgebung sollte, wie die Befundberichte, standardisiert werden.

Eine enge Abstimmung mit den klinischen Kollegen über Indikationen und Befundinterpretationen ist hilfreich und gewinnbringend.
