49th Annual Conference of the Society for Neuropediatrics

The 49^th Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuropediatrics will take place in Stuttgart from October 10–12^th, with an exciting and varied scientific program. In our focus are functional neurological disorders and movement disorders, neurological pain, palliative medicine, stroke, spina bifida, tuberous sclerosis as well as epilepsy, social pediatrics and new therapy options. The conference will be held in the heart of Stuttgart, “Haus der Wirtschaft,” within walking distance of the train station, castle, art museum and city center. The meeting starts on Wednesday, October 9^th, 2024, with the Ethics Forum and the Training Academy. The opening ceremony follows on Thursday, October 10^th, 2024, with presentation of the GNP Science and Honorary Award and with a keynote speech on the brain as a relational organ by Prof. Dr. mult. Thomas Fuchs (Karl Jasper Professorship Heidelberg). The meeting will end with the “Vogelflug”, an overview of the most important findings and publications of last year, on Saturday, October 12^th, 2024. The social evening with dance party will take place in the Cube, a glass cube above the art museum with a panoramic view of the city and sky of Stuttgart. For all those unable to attend, we offer the main lectures and training academy as a livestream.
