Zusammenfassung
In der vorliegenden Arbeit berichten wir über vier Fälle von schwangeren Patientinnen mit Muttermundbefund und vorgewölbter Fruchtblase, welcher sich unter konservativem Management zu einer stehenden Zervix rückbildete. Insgesamt ließen sich die Schwangerschaften deutlich verlängern, in einem der berichteten Fälle um 10 Wochen.
Summary
In this paper we report on 4 cases of pregnant women with an abnormal finding of the orifice of the uterus and condition of the cervix. In all cases the pregnancy period could be definitely extended, in one of the cases even by ten weeks.
