Erstmanifestation einer Migräne als akuter Verwirrtheitszustand - „Confusional Migraine” und diagnostische Probleme

Zusammenfassung.

Wir berichten über eine 11 Jahre alte Patientin mit einem ersten Migräneanfall, der sich als akuter Verwirrtheits- und Agitationszustand äußert. Die Diagnose war erst im Nachhinein zu stellen. Akute, unmittelbar interventionsbedürftige Erkrankungen müssen ausgeschlossen werden. Im Artikel zeigen wir die differenzial-diagnostischen und therapeutischen Schwierigkeiten auf.

We report on a 11-year-old girl with a first migrainous attack presenting as a confusional state. The diagnosis was made after the acute episode had subsided. Other conditions as encephalitis or space occupying lesions must be ruled out. We discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic consequences.
