Knöcherne Korrektureingriffe zur Behandlung von Deformitäten nach geburtstraumatischer Arm-Plexus-Lähmung

Zusammenfassung.

Eine ausgeprägte Oberarm- und Unterarmfehlstellung mit nahezu funktionslosem Arm nach geburtstraumatischer Arm-Plexus-Lähmung wurde bei einem Erwachsenen durch eine Humerus-Rotationsosteotomie und radioulnare Arthrodese operativ korrigiert und die Einsetzbarkeit des Arms verbessert.

In an adult, a marked deformity of the upper arm and forearm with loss of function of the limb due to obstetrical brachial plexus palsy has been corrected. An external rotational osteotomy of the humerus and radioulnar arthrodesis resulted in an improved function.
