Verschluss der Arteria iliaca: Verlauf, Therapie, Komplikationen

Frage: 1) Wie ist der schicksalhafte Verlauf in der Mehrzahl von sog. „Nahtaneurysmen beider Aa. iliacae internae“ nach Einsetzen einer Y-Prothese wegen eines infrarenalen Bauchaorten- u. Iliaca-communis-Aneurysmas beidseits? Besteht er in der symptomlosen Total-Thrombosierung?

2) Besteht nach symptomloser praktisch Total-Thrombosierung beider Aa. iliacae internae ein gesundheitliches Risiko und - wenn ja - welches?

3) Besteht bei der praktischen Total-Thrombosierung beider Aa. iliacae internae und ebenfalls totaler Beschwerdefreiheit eine Indikation zur Operation und - wenn ja - aus welchem Grunde?
