Zusammenfassung
Die Literaturübersicht der letzten 20 Jahre widmet sich dem Forschungsgegenstand der Bewertung ambulanter palliativmedizinischer Unterstützungsangebote in Bezug auf die Lebensqualität des Patienten und seiner Angehörigen. Es zeigte sich, dass überwiegend das eigene Zuhause als Ort des Sterbens bevorzugt wird. Dargestellt werden die durch Studien aufgezeigten Rahmenbedingungen, die dies ermöglichen, und die damit verbundene Einschätzung der Lebensqualität für die Patienten und deren Angehörige.
Summary
This literature review reflects research on quality of life and satisfaction of patients and their informal caregivers with support in palliative home care. There is evidence that dying at home is the preferred option. This literature review reflects the conditions enabling this wish and the quality of life for patients and their informal caregivers.
