Zusammenfassung
Die Dakryoszintigraphie ist eine nicht invasive Methode, die die Funktion der Tränenwege
unter physiologischen Bedingungen darstellt. Sie dient dem Nachweis von Stenosen bzw.
Verschlüssen des Tränenweges bei Patienten mit Epiphora und ist geeignet zur postoperativen
Verlaufskontrolle. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die Methodik und ihre Fehlermöglichkeiten
abgehandelt.
Abstract
Dacryoscintigraphy is easy to perform and non-invasive. Lacrimal drainage is visualized
under physiologic conditions. Scintigraphy is indicated in patients with epiphora
under the suspicion of impaired lacrimal drainage. The publication presents a detailed
acquisition protocol and possible pitfalls.
