Zusammenfassung
In der künstlichen Ernährung können Probleme nach Organisationsstruktur, Technik und Metabolismus unterschieden werden. Mit dem Ziel eines „Trouble shooting” spezifischer Probleme werden in einer Übersicht aktuelle Literatur und Leitlinien vorgestellt.
Abstract
Problems in clinical nutrition can be differentiated according to institutions, and organization, technique, and metabolic disturbances. With regard to „trouble shooting” of specific problems this review presents recent literature and guidelines.
