Zusammenfassung
Thema des vorliegenden Artikels sind die Basisanatomie der zerebralen Venen und duralen Sinus einschließlich ihrer diagnostisch bedeutenden Varianten, wichtige klinische Symptomkonstellationen der Erkrankung, typische Zeichen der Hirnvenen- und Sinusthrombose (HVST) in der radiologischen Schnittbilddiagnostik sowie die aktuellen technischen Möglichkeiten mit Untersuchungsprotokollen für CT/CTA und MRT/MRA.
Abstract
Topic of this article are the anatomy of the cerebral veins and dural sinuses including their variants, important clinical symptom constellations, typical signs of cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis in the neuro-radiological imaging techniques as well as the state of the art protocols for CT/CTA and MRT/MRA.
