Zusammenfassung
Eine neue Creme, die niedermolekulare Auszüge aus Juglans regia
und Symphytum officinale enthält, wurde im Rahmen einer Beobachtungsstudie
bei 43 Patienten mit Psoriasis oder Neurodermitis angewendet. Die Mehrzahl der
Patienten beurteilte die Pflegeeigenschaften auf die Symptome ihrer Erkrankung
als ausgezeichnet. Sie beobachteten einen Rückgang des Schweregrades ihrer
Erkrankung in 70 % (95 %-Vertrauensbereich von
58 %-83 %) und eine Remission akuter Schübe bei
Psoriasis in 61 % der Fälle. Die Besserung des Schweregrades
ist bei Psoriasis mit 83 % signifikant stärker als bei
Neurodermitis (55 %). Die Hypothese der Wirksamkeit der
untersuchten Creme wird in einer geeigneten Studie geprüft werden.
Abstract
A new cream containing low molecular extracts from juglans regia and
symphytum officinale was applied to 43 patients with psoriasis or atopic
dermatitis in an observational study. The majority of patients rated the
cosmetic effects on the symptoms of their disease as excellent. They observed a
reduction in the severity of their disease in 70 %
(95 %-confidence interval 58 %-83 %) and a
remission of acute flairs in psoriasis in 61 % of cases. The
improvement in severity of disease with 83 % in psoriasis is
significantly higher than in atopic dermatitis (55 %). The
hypothesis on the efficacy of the cream will be tested in an appropriate
study.
