Zusammenfassung
Entzündliche Darmerkrankungen sind vermutlich weiterhin die am weitesten verbreitete Indikation für die Leukozytenszintigraphie. Markierte Leukozyten sind in der Diagnostik entzündlicher Darmerkrankungen anderen Methoden überlegen. Die Szintigraphie mit Tc-99m-Markierungen bleibt eins der wichtigsten nuklearmedizinischen Untersuchungsverfahren.
Abstract
Inflammatory Bowel Disease is probably still the commonest indication for imaging inflammation. In IBD no agent has been shown to be superior to labelled leukocytes. Tc-99m-labelled leukocyte scintigraphy remains as soon one of the most important investigations in nuclear medicine
