Congenital Lumbar Hernia in Association with Carpus Equina Varus

Abstract
A rare case of congenital lumbar hernia associated with carpus equina varus is described in a week old baby. The treatment is described with limited review of the literature.

Un cas rare d'hernie lombaire congénitale associée à carpus equina varus est décrit chez un enfant d'une semaine. Le traitement est exposé avec une revue limitée de la littérature.

Se presenta un raro caso de hernia lumbar asociado con carpus equino varus en un niño de una semana. Se describe el tratamiento junto a una revisión limitada de la literatura.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird der seltene Fall einer angeborenen Lumbalhernie vorgestellt mit gleichzeitigem Vorliegen eines Klumpfußes bei einem eine Woche alten Baby. Die chirurgische Therapie wird beschrieben und ein Literatur-Überblick gegeben.
