Abstract

32 patients profited from computer-assisted surgery to carry out the distal aiming of medullary central nails or the installation of a dynamic hip screw. The duration of fluoroscopy is clearly decreased and the operational duration is slightly lengthened, without iatrogenic consequences for the patient. An evolution in softwares is expected.
