Zusammenfassung

RPK ist eine Kombination medizinischer therapeutischer und berufsfördernder Leistungen als multiprofessionelles Komplexleistungsangebot. Flexibilität und individuelle Anpassung an den jeweiligen nötigen Bedarf kennzeichnen die Inhalte. Sozialgesetzgrenzen des gegliederten Systems Krankenversicherung SGB V, Rentenversicherung SGB VI und Arbeitsverwaltung SGB III werden in der Rehabilitation für psychisch Kranke zugunsten eines Angebots aus einer Hand durch eine gemeinsame Durchführungsregelung (Empfehlungsvereinbarung) überwunden und lassen das Angebot aus einer Hand möglich machen. Grundlage ist persönliche Stabilisierung, als wesentliche Voraussetzung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt eine Chance zu bekommen und dort bestehen zu können.

The German divisional system of three separated social insurance carriers frequently requires more than one institution to approve their section of one and the same integrated rehabilitation package. RPK overcomes these barriers and coordinates the decision process to offer the patient support from a single source. The work of RPK focuses on mental and personal stabilisation as a basis for the patient's improved employment opportunities and his longterm ability to be competitive in the professional world.
