Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata und intravenöse Leiomyomatose - Ein Fallbericht

Zusammenfassung

Die intravenöse Leiomyomatose und die Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata gehören zu den sehr selten auftretenden Erkrankungen. Histopathologisch werden sie als benigne eingestuft. Folgend berichten wir über eine 40-jährige Patientin, die sich aufgrund einer Hyper- und Dysmenorrhö in unserer Klinik vorstellte. Unter der Verdachtsdiagnose Uterus myomatosus und Endometriose wurde die abdominale Hysterektomie cum Adnexe durchgeführt. Die histologischen Untersuchungen ergaben das oben genannte Krankheitsbild. Pathologie und Klinik sowie Prognose und Therapie dieser Entität werden diskutiert.

Abstract

Intravenous leiomyomatosis and leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata are extremely rare conditions. Histopathologically they are classed as benign. We report here the case of a 40-year-old woman who presented at our Clinic with hypermenorrhea and dysmenorrhea. As the presenting symptoms were suspicious for myomatous uterus, an abdominal hysterectomy with removal of the adnexa was performed. Histological examination led to the final diagnosis of leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata and intravenous leiomyomatosis. The pathology, clinical course, prognosis and therapy are discussed.
