This autumn, the 19th Symposium of the FID, the Federation of International Danube-Symposia on Diabetes mellitus, will be held in Wrocław, Poland, from November 17 - 21, 2004. Professor Renata Wasikowa, Department of Endocrinology for Children and Adolescents at the University of Medicine in Wrocław, the president of this congress, will organize the meeting. Traditionally, the congress language will be German. Simultaneous translations will be provided.
