Laparoskopische In-toto-Exzision eines extravesikalen Leiomyoms - ein Fallbeispiel

Zusammenfassung

Einleitung: Leiomyome der Harnblase sind seltene, gutartige Tumoren mesenchymalen Ursprungs. Die Behandlungsoptionen werden anhand unseres Falles dargestellt. Neben der offenen Chirurgie und der transurethralen Resektion bei kleinen, submukös lokalisierten Tumoren, stellt auch die laparoskopische Exzision eine effektive, komplikationsarme therapeutische Alternative dar. Kasuistik: Wir berichten über Anamnese und Therapie mittels laparoskopischer Exzision bei einer 36-jährigen Patientin mit einem Leiomyom der Harnblase. Schlussfolgerung: Die laparoskopische Entfernung von Leiomyomen der Harnblase stellt eine echte Alternative zu den herkömmlichen Behandlungsoptionen dar.

Abstract

Introduction: Leiomyoma of the urinary bladder is a rare, benign tumor of mesenchymal origin. Treatment options are discussed. Besides open surgery and transurethral resection of small, submucosal tumors, laparoscopic excision is an effective therapeutical option with a low complication rate. Case Report: We report the medical history of a 36-year-old woman suffering from a leiomyoma of the urinary bladder and the therapy through laparoscopic excision. Conclusions: Laparoscopic removal of urinary bladder leiomyomas is a suitable alternative to common therapeutical procedures.
