Wie wird eine Volumengabe bei Niereninsuffizienz durchgeführt?

Frage: Wie sollte eine Volumengabe bei Niereninsuffizienz erfolgen? Bei welchen Kolloiden ist Vorsicht geboten? Die Gabe von Hydroxyaethylstärke als Volumenersatz wird beim akuten Nierenversagen (z. B. im Rahmen eines Multiorganversagens bei Sepsis) möglicherweise als ungünstig erachtet. Ist daher anderen Kolloiden der Vorzug zu geben ?
