Special Acknowledgments

In 1998 Seminars in Neurology began an educational initiative aimed at providing the journal to neurology residents in training through an unrestricted educational grant from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. In 2004, our grant will allow us to mail the journal to senior residents in training (those in the final two years of neurology residency). The success of the program is contingent upon an accurate and updated listing of residents in training.

The Editor in Chief and Guest Editors for 2004 wish to express their deepest gratitude to Mrs. Linda Hagan, whose services in the organization and preparation of Seminars in Neurology have been crucial to the success of this year's journal.
